We are happy to announce that Bettina Szabo will be performing Carnivorous as part of the Short and sweet XXL at the Centre de Création O Vertigo at the Place des Arts during the Nuit Blanche 2020.
For this edition, the curators Sasha Kleinplatz and Andrew Tay invited artists form Montreal to perform a short piece under 3 minutes on the theme of recycling; recycling an old idea, costumes, using recycled material etc.
Bettina will be revisiting a movement exploration done in 2016, using her tongue as source of movement. Additionally she will be re-using her costume from habitat and re-using the insulation material from GoodFood boxes to create her costume, and dynamic light installation.
