Last week, Bettina ventured up the coast to Sept-Îles to perform Habitat at Cinédanse, an organization whose mission is to stimulate creation for all generations, and to present dance works by living artists from Quebec, Canada and abroad. With the intention to include all of the disciplines that can surround dance work, such as cinema, visual arts, digital arts and poetry, the festival, which ran from September 23 to 26, included workshops, screenings, exchanges, master classes and performances.

Bettina joined the team of Bonjour la Côte, a local Radio-Canada morning show, to discuss the piece, it's meaning and its universality:

"Aside from the exploration of immigration, it is also about my internal journey, a process of maturity where you have to pass through suffering, joy, innocence.... It's a piece that can speak to everyone because I think we have all experienced these emotions at different points in our lives."
